Gordon's Bay is a quintessential Mediterranean destination. With superb sweeping views of the bay, mountains and the beach it is difficult to not pay homage to the great outdoors. There are plenty of hikes and trails around the visually stunning Steenbras Dam, or enjoy the multitude of water-sports offered - choose between kite-surfing, power boats, surfing, fishing and everything in between. The waterfront is vibrant and busy and restaurants are plentiful. Stellenbosch is a mere 25-minute drive while Cape Town's CBD is a little over 40 minutes away.
